The Thankfulness Project

Last night, for several reasons, I was convicted (again) about how often I complain and by how much this effects my mood and motivations.

I decided I'll take a moment each morning to write down something I am truly thankful for in my journal. I can pull a bunch of things off the top of my head that people are supposed to be thankful for, but I think writing things down will help me meditate on how much I really do have to be thankful for and really feeling that gratitude.

I don't think I'm going to post them on here, because I think the pressure to make it sound right or worrying about sounding cliche would alter the genuine-ness of it.
